These Terms of Sale apply to products purchased from Furwick Pets through https://furwickpets.com. The seller is FURWICK PET GOODS LLC. These terms should be read together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

Products and Availability

Products are offered subject to availability. We may update assortments, descriptions, or quantities without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and provide a refund for the unavailable item.

Prices and Taxes

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Standard shipping in the contiguous United States is free. The complete amount payable is displayed before you submit payment.

Order Formation

You place an order by completing checkout and submitting payment. We will send an order confirmation to the email address provided. The sales contract is accepted when we send shipment confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the order. We may reject an order for the reasons described in our Terms of Service and will refund any amount charged for a rejected order.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information is accurate. Payment providers may perform authorization, fraud, or verification checks.

Delivery

We deliver only within the contiguous United States under the terms shown in our Shipping Policy. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed where delays result from events outside our reasonable control, but we will provide available assistance and updates.

Inspection After Delivery

Please inspect the order after delivery. Contact us promptly if an item is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Returns Exchanges and Refunds

Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 business days after delivery. We pay approved return and exchange shipping costs. Promotions

Promotional offers are subject to the terms displayed with the promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, have no cash value, and apply only during the stated period. Promotions do not affect statutory consumer rights.
